How billing works
Beatkit Premium is billed monthly through Patreon — Patreon processes the payment, not Beatkit directly.
Requesting a refund
Because Patreon handles billing, the fastest path for a refund is usually through Patreon's own support — they can act on payments directly.
If that doesn't resolve it, reach out in the support server and we'll look at it case by case — billing mistakes and outages are handled individually, not by a rigid blanket rule.
Cancelling
You can cancel your Patreon pledge at any time directly on Patreon — Beatkit's Premium perks apply for as long as your membership is active.
